RubberGutter EPDM SA represents our first UK product offering to feature Secure Bond Technology. RubberGutter EPDM SA represents the next generation of self-adhesive EPDM membranes with factory-applied Secure Bond adhesive all over the membrane, from edge to edge.
An ideal solution to sealing gutters and since you no longer have to glue and wait, it installs much faster than a standard EPDM membrane and over many substrates it avoids the use of VOC’s in the form of primers to prepare the surface.
This makes RubberGutter EPDM SA even easier to install, even more reliable and even more pleasant to work with.
Secure Bond Technology also features in our new commercial roof membrane offering with the introduction of RubberGard EPDM SA.
RubberGard EPDM SA provides total peace of mind for a very long time. Well-formulated EPDM membranes have a life expectancy of more than 50 years. This is due to their unparalleled resistance to ozone, UV radiation and extreme temperatures. Since they do not contain plasticizers or flame retardants, their properties remain stable and unchanged over time RubberGard EPDM SA is faster to install. You do not need to apply glue on site, and you do not have to wait for the glue to dry - this will significantly save on labour requirements and installation time.
Unlike standard adhesives, RubberGutter EPDM SA & RubberGard EPDM SA do not contain solvents. They are also odourless, making them very pleasant to work with. They are also perfect for installation on buildings that need to remain open and occupied during the installation of the roof such as hospitals and schools.
